Where do we ship to?
We ship to: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal and the United States (except AL, KY, MS and UT). Delivery times
Mainland Spain: 48/72 h. Balearic Islands: 4–10 days. Europe: 1–2 weeks. United States: 4–6 weeks.
Direct route, Barcelona and Tarragona provinces: we make this delivery ourselves about 4 times a year, so it can take more than a month to bring you your cava. If you’re in no hurry, choose this method and we’ll tell you the next delivery date.

Shipping cost
Calculated in the basket, by weight and destination. Orders of more than 24 bottles to mainland Spain ship free.
Losses and breakages
Cava travels in a box designed to prevent breakage, but accidents can always happen. Your shipment is 100% insured: if anything breaks or gets lost, we replace the order at no cost.
A specific delivery day and time
If you need delivery within a particular time slot or want to leave a note, write it in the order comments.
What if I’m out?
The carrier will call you or leave a note and try again.
Payment methods
Credit card, through the 100% secure Redsys gateway. Bank transfer: when you choose it, we’ll tell you how.
I don’t remember my password
You can reset it from My account or contact us and we’ll give you a new one.
